SAINTS WOES
St Johnstone’s injury and illness woe is far from abating. David Hannah has tonsillitis and is doubtful for Saturday’s away league game against Hamilton and Sean Webb is set to be out for a few weeks after being taken off with a knee injury after only four minutes of last night’s home Bell’s Cup win over QOS (writes James Masson).
Meanwhile, Saints have added former player Ryan McCann and Alan Mahood to their squad. McCann was with Hartlepool last season and Mahood was released by Kilmarnock. “They are quality players who have goals in them,” said Saints’ team boss John Connolly.

Colin Marshall has left Saints by mutual consent.
