| City council economic development convener councillor Joe Morrow and the Scottish Executive’s chief planner Jim MacKinnon launched the locate-dundee website.
The online property search facility has been designed to be easy to use and lists hundreds of commercial properties across the city.
It is part of an ongoing city council campaign to attract investment into the city by highlighting the economic attractions of Dundee to as wide an audience as possible.
Councillor Morrow said, “This is an ingenious way of harnessing new technology to promote the city, and to use the power of the Internet to enable companies and individuals to find the property solution they need quickly and conveniently.
“We are determined to do all we can to make Dundee as attractive an investment location as possible. It is important we work in partnership with property agents and other agencies so the whole city can benefit.”
