More call centre jobs for Perth
Norwich Union’s commitment to Perth has been further strengthened by the news they are recruiting another 145 for their Fair City call centre, writes Alan Richardson.
The move will dispel lingering doubts about the Pitheavlis operation, dogged by rumours of job relocations in recent years.

The inbound sales and customer service staff jobs, both full and part-time, will swell the workforce to almost 1500.

It is the latest in a line of recruitment drives by the firm in Perth, with almost 400 jobs created this year alone at the Norwich Union Direct call centre.

The staff were highly praised by Norwich Union chief executive, Patrick Snowball as parent company, Aviva, saw a strong performance in the long-term savings and general insurance businesses in their annual results.
