| The local community has pitched in to provide over 200 bears after second and third-year pupils involved in the Evorg (Grove backwards) young enterprise company started up the Teddies for Tragedy appeal.
Gillian Ray, a Support for Learning teacher who runs Evorg with Moira Beaton, said, “Doctors in Third World countries have found that children in hospital get better more quickly when they have a bear or a toy to cuddle.” |
